Digital Delivery
All NepRefill products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping — gaming credits, top-ups, subscriptions and codes are sent directly to your account or email.
Processing Times
Instant products (gaming currencies, mobile top-ups) are delivered within seconds to 10 minutes after payment confirmation. Subscriptions may take up to 30 minutes during peak hours.
Delivery Methods
Gaming credits are topped up to your in-game account using the Player ID you provide. Top-ups are applied to the phone number entered. Subscription codes are delivered via email and in-app order confirmation.
Possible Delays
Delays may occur due to provider downtime, incorrect Player ID/number, or payment verification. If your order is not delivered within 30 minutes, please contact support with your order number.

Track every order in real time from the My Orders page. You will receive notifications at each status change — pending, processing, completed, or failed.
