What currency is my wallet balance in?
Your NepRefill Wallet balance is always in Nepalese Rupees (NPR).
How do I add money?
Open your wallet, tap Add Money, choose a supported NepRefill payment method, complete the transfer, and upload your payment receipt. The funds appear in your balance after verification.
Why is my deposit not credited instantly?
Deposits are credited only after NepRefill verifies your payment. This protects you and every customer from failed or fraudulent transfers.
Can I pay for orders with my wallet?
Yes. At checkout, select NepRefill Wallet. If your balance covers the total, the exact amount is deducted instantly and your order is placed — no receipt upload required.
Can I change my balance myself?
No. Your wallet balance cannot be manually changed by customers. It only moves through verified deposits, eligible purchases, approved refunds, and authorized admin adjustments.
Can someone else access my wallet?
No. Each wallet belongs to a single account. You can only access and use your own wallet.
Do I get refunds to my wallet?
If you paid with your wallet and the order is eligible for a refund, the amount is returned directly to your wallet balance and is available for future orders.
Where can I see my transactions?
Every deposit, purchase, refund, and adjustment is recorded in your Transaction History with a running balance.
