How NepRefill Wallet Works

Last Updated: September 2026

What is the NepRefill Wallet

The NepRefill Wallet is a secure stored balance linked to your NepRefill account. Your wallet balance is always held in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and can be used to pay for eligible orders across the store.

Adding Money

You can add money to your wallet using any supported NepRefill payment method, such as eSewa, Khalti, mobile banking, or bank transfer. Choose an amount, complete the transfer, and upload your payment receipt.

Verification Before Credit

Deposited funds are credited to your wallet only after NepRefill verifies your payment. This protects every customer from failed, disputed, or fraudulent transfers. You will see the funds in your balance once your deposit is approved.

Paying with Your Wallet

At checkout, select NepRefill Wallet as your payment method. If your balance covers the order total, the exact amount is deducted instantly and your order is placed — no receipt upload required.

Recorded Transactions

Every add-money deposit, purchase, refund, and adjustment is recorded in your wallet transaction history with a clear running balance, so you can always see where your money went.

Your Wallet, Yours Alone

Each wallet is tied to your personal account. You can only access and use your own wallet — no other customer can view or spend your balance.

A Note on Trust
