Refunds to Your Wallet

When an order is cancelled, rejected, or refunded and you originally paid with your NepRefill Wallet, the eligible refund amount is returned directly to your wallet balance.

How Wallet Refunds Work

• Refunds are credited back to the same wallet used for the payment.
• The refunded amount is available immediately for future orders.
• Every refund is recorded in your transaction history with a clear running balance.
• Refunds are applied only once per order — never duplicated.

When Refunds Apply

Eligible refunds typically apply when an order cannot be delivered, is cancelled before processing, or is rejected by NepRefill. Refund eligibility follows the standard NepRefill Refund Policy.

Non-Wallet Payments

If you paid using another method (such as eSewa or bank transfer), approved refunds are processed to your original payment method instead of your wallet.
