Wallet Balance
Your NepRefill Wallet holds a stored balance in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). The balance represents prepaid funds available for eligible purchases on NepRefill.
Adding Money
You can add money using any supported NepRefill payment method. Deposits are credited only after NepRefill verifies the payment. Until verified, deposited funds are not available in your balance.
Using Your Wallet
Wallet balance can be used to pay for eligible NepRefill orders at checkout. The exact order total is deducted from your available balance.
No Manual Balance Changes
You cannot manually increase, decrease, or reset your wallet balance. Balances only change through verified deposits, eligible purchases, approved refunds, and authorized admin adjustments.
Recorded Transactions
Every change to your wallet balance is recorded as a transaction with a running balance. You can review your full history at any time from Transaction History.
Personal Use
Your wallet is tied to your account and is for your personal use. You can only access your own wallet. Wallet funds are not transferable to other accounts and cannot be withdrawn to external payment methods.
Refunds
Eligible refunds for wallet-paid orders are returned to your wallet balance and are available for future purchases.
